Contains 40g blend of Chamomile, Limeflower, Lemon balm, Vervain, Valerian, Lavender, Licorice*.
*If you have high blood pressure, Licorice is contraindicated in high blood pressure and you shouldn't use it. Please contact me if you would like to try this tea without any Licorice added.
