PAYMENT TERMS:

  • A £20 Non-refundable deposit payable upon making a booking which will be confirmed to you once money has been received. This goes towards the full consult price.
     

  • Any herbal remedies, nutritional supplements and/or clinical tests are additional costs. If they need to be sent out to you after the consult, you will be invoiced and will only be sent out once payment has been received. 
     

  • Note for Online Consults: The remaining amount (excluding the £20 deposit) must be paid within 24 hours prior to the consult to allow for monies to be received my end, in order to confirm that the consult is definitely going ahead. Any herbal remedies or nutritional supplements are paid for separately, and will only be sent out once payment has been received.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations 24 hours of the time of your scheduled consult: Deposit retained for your next appointment, no fee.

  • Cancellations less than 24 hours of the time of your scheduled consult: Deposit retained and a late cancellation fee of £20 for consultations will be held on your account to be paid when booking your next appointment.

  • Once online appointments are fully paid upfront and cancelled more than 24 hours of the appointment time, the monies will be kept on account for the next appointment.

  • If online appointments are fully paid upfront but cancelled less than 24 hours of the appointment time, no refunds will be given. This is to account for my time spent on your case, as well as my commitments and responsibilities to other patients and my life outside of clinic that need to be taken into account when someone cancels or doesn't show up.

  • If you don't attend your appointment and do not cancel (i.e. don't show up to your appointment), 50% of the appointment price will be held on your account to be paid at the next appointment.

  • If I have to cancel the appointment, I will contact you to let you know as soon as I can and will also reschedule with you at the time of cancelling. There will be no charges for this, and no refunds will be given, but your deposit will go towards the consult fee.

The payment terms and cancellation policy are to cover my time spent on your case, i.e. analysing your medical history, evaluating clinical test results, research before or after your appointment with me. I would appreciate if you would contact me as soon as possible if you think you need to cancel, so that I can notify other patients on a waiting list so that they can be seen sooner. In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergency or accident, I am more than willing to waive these rules.
